Maplewood is a new four(4)bedroom, 4 bathroom home including a dining
room,full kitchen,living and guest area w/fireplace. The Lodge is snuggled gently
into a hill with peaceful views. Located just outside of Oneonta,NY (in West
Davenport)just a few minutes off I-88 Exit 16. Maplewood is just south of the
Cooperstown Baseball Hall of Fame, just 35 min.,Cooperstown Dreams Park 25
min., 10 min.to Nat'l Soccer Hall of Fame and only mins'from Hartwick & SUNY-O
Colleges. There are many fine restaurants, golf courses,& a driving range. There
are many area attractions less than an hour drive. Or you can just enjoy the air
and atmosphere of being in the country yet accessible within min's to Wal-Mart,
Southside Mall,grocery stores & downtown Oneonta! There is even a convience
store/gas station. across the street(open till 10p.m)
